Abstract

To ensure business sustainability, it's paying attention to the structure of the economic field and the organization itself. There are many critical aspects for the sustainable business landscape, that is to say, profit is no longer the only purpose of their existence. The present article takes a dimensional view of the Business Models (BMs) process, knowledge management, sustainable technology, and innovations as sustainable business key factors. It can be argued that success in managing changes is crucial to any organization to sustain and succeed in the present highly competitive and continuously evolving business environment. Hence, the purpose of this article is to provide a critical review of some of the theories and approaches for a sustainable business nowadays. The article also concludes with recommendations for further research.

Author Biographies

Monica Novalensiago, Universal University

Monica (20) is a student at Universal University (UVERS). In August 2019, she was awarded as the Highest GPA Achiever (4.00) of Universal University for a management major. Aside from being a student, she’s also a Commercial Administrative Assistant in PT. Link Pangestu Utama. And currently, she is participating in Bangkit 2021 program, a Google-led, interdisciplinary learning program.

Monica is known as an agile and active learner. She is also experienced in leadership and project management, as she was involved in planning and organizing projects for periods of years with varying scopes and responsibilities.

Aside from work, Monica is passionate about designing, writing, singing, and dancing. She also loves reading books, doing arts, capturing moments, and organizing her room in her spare time.
