Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • This manuscript has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration for publication by another journal.
  • The manuscript file is submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format, not as a PDF file.
  • The manuscript has been prepared using the JoDENS Manuscript Template and complies with all author guidelines.
  • The title, abstract, keywords, and manuscript content comply with the journal's requirements.
  • The manuscript follows the journal structure (Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References).
  • All tables, figures, and illustrations are properly numbered, captioned, and cited within the manuscript.
  • The following are the standard reference formatting guidelines using the IEEE citation style that authors must follow.
  • Most references are taken from recent and relevant scholarly journal articles.
  • DOI or URL information has been provided for references where available.
  • The manuscript has been proofread for grammar, spelling, and consistency.
  • The manuscript complies with the journal's similarity/plagiarism policy.
  • The manuscript is the authors' original work and does not violate copyright or publication ethics.
  • All authors have read, approved, and agreed to the submission of this manuscript to the Journal of Digital Ecosystem for Natural Sustainability (JoDENS).
  • The authors agree to revise the manuscript in accordance with the comments provided by the editors and reviewers.

Pendaftaran Akun :

Apabila Anda telah memiliki username dan password silahkan Anda menuju halaman Login.

Apabila Anda belum memiliki username dan password, silahkan Anda menuju halaman Register / Daftar.

Jurnal menjangkau seluruh konsep teori dan penerapan informatika/komputasi dalam membangun Ekosistem Digital untuk Kelestarian Alam (Dunia), yang mencakup tetapi tidak terbatas pada:

  • Multimedia Engineering
  • Information Systems
  • Software Engineering
  • Game Development
  • Geographical Information Systems
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Image Processing
  • Internet of Things
  • Big Data
  • Biotechnology.

Panduan untuk Penulisan :

Semua naskah yang diajukan ke JoDENS (Journal of Digital Ecosystem for Natural Sustainability) harus ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia atau bahasa Inggris. Naskah yang telah diajukan ke JoDENS adalah naskah yang belum pernah atau tidak dikirim dan dipublikasikan ke tempat atau jurnal lain.

Semua naskah dikirimkan kepada Editorial JoDENS secara online di Portal JoDENS, Jika penulis memiliki pertanyaan dan permasalahan terkait pengiriman naskah, penulis dapat menghubungi Editorial melalui email dengan alamat: jodens@uvers.ac.id

Format Penulisan :

Penulisan naskah harus disesuaikan dengan format JoDENS.

Pengajuan Naskah :

Penulis mengajukan naskah secara online harus terlebih dahulu terdaftar sebagai Penulis melalui halaman Register / Daftar. Penulis harus mengisi keseluruhan isian dari form pendaftaran. Secara khusus, penulis diwajibkan mengisi isian yang diberi tanda pada form pendaftaran. Setelah akun Anda terdaftar, Anda dapat Login ke portal JoDENS dengan menggunakan username dan password yang telah anda buat.

Untuk mengajukan naskah, penulis meng-klik pada tombol Make a new submission / Penyerahan Naskah dan mengikuti 5 langkah pengajuan berikut:

  • Langkah 1 - Mulai Penyerahan Naskah:
    Pilih bagian yang sesuai dari jurnal pada Checklist Naskah, penulis wajib memberi tanda cek pada semua bagian yang sesuai, termasuk pemberitahuan hak cipta lalu klik simpan dan lanjutkan.
  • Langkah 2 - Mengunggah Naskah:
    Pada menu file penyerahan klik pilih file (browse) lalu masukan file naskah dengan format doc, docx, rtf lalu klik unggah lalu simpan dan lanjutkan untuk upload naskah.
  • Langkah 3 - Memasukkan Metadata Naskah:
    Pada langkah ini, metadata penulis serta judul dan sari (Abstrak) harus dimasukkan. Setelah itu, memasukan pengindeks serta lembaga pendukung naskah (agen) lalu klik simpan dan lanjutkan.
  • Langkah 4 - Upload File Tambahan (Jika Ada):
    Upload file tambahan dilakukan dengan cara, me-klik tombol Browse, pilih file, dan kemudian klik tombol unggah kemudian simpan dan lanjutkan.
  • Langkah 5 - Mengkonfirmasi Penyerahan Naskah:
    Penulis harus memeriksa naskah yang akan diserahkan kepada adminstrator JoDENS. penulis men-klik tombol Finish Submission setelah dokumen itu benar. Penulis akan menerima pemberitahuan melalui email dan akan dapat melihat kemajuan pengajuan melalui proses editorial dengan login ke Portal JoDENS. Setelah penyerahan naskah, Penulis yang mengirimkan naskah akan mendapatkan email konfirmasi mengenai pengajuan. Penulis dapat melacak status pengajuan naskahnya dengan pada akun halaman login penulis.

Copyright Notice

In order to be accepted and published by JoDENS, authors submitting the article manuscript should complete all the review stages. By submitting the manuscript, the authors agreed to these following terms:

  1. The copyright of the approved for publication articles shall be assigned to JoDENS as the publisher of the journal. The intended copyright includes the rights to publish articles in various forms (including reprints).
  2. JoDENS maintain the publishing rights of the published articles.
  3. Authors are permitted to republish or disseminate published articles by sharing the link of the article at the JoDENS.
  4. Authors are allowed to use their articles for any legal purposes deemed necessary without written permission from the JoDENS with an acknowledgment of initial publication to this journal.

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
