Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to FBR must conform to the journal’s focus and scope as well as its author guidelines. Each manuscript must demonstrate scientific merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s subject areas. The editorial team will conduct a plagiarism screening using Turnitin, and the overall similarity score must not exceed 25%.

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will undergo a double-blind peer-review process involving at least two expert reviewers. The identities of the authors and reviewers will remain confidential throughout the process. Reviewers will provide objective and constructive comments to improve the quality and content of the manuscript.

The final decision regarding the acceptance, revision, or rejection of a manuscript will be made by the editors based on the reviewers’ recommendations. The Editor-in-Chief will determine the publication order of accepted articles by considering the acceptance date, thematic relevance, and other editorial considerations.
